How do I make room reservations for the Westin Diplomat Resort?

If you contact the Westin Diplomat Resort directly they may tell you there are no rooms available this is because SwingFest 2008 will consume the entire resort and they will not take reservations for that weekend.

Come and enjoy the event the way you want. While there is plenty to do at SwingFest 2008 there are just as many places to simply relax and enjoy yourself so you never have to participate in anything you don't want to.

Do we have to dress up for theme parties?
No, it is never a requirement that you dress according to the theme to attend a party.

Will you be mailing me the passes or do I pick it up at the convention?
All registrants will pick up their passes at the registration booths. Passes are not mailed in advance.

What do we need to bring with us?
Make sure you remember your photo ID; you will not be able to enter the premises without it. If you are staying on site the Resort will require a credit card for any incidental charges.
