Posted June 25: Due to the hardware being used to divide booth spaces at the show; ALL booth spaces have been upgraded from 8x10 to 10x10 foot spaces. As a result SOME exhibitors had to be relocated. Please review the Exhibitors page and/or Floor Plan to see if this change has affected your location on the Exhibit Floor. Talent Notification Form:  DOWNLOAD FORM : Complete this form if you have any actors/actresses, published authors, media personalities and/or persons of general interest to the majority of Swingfest attendees that you would like to have featured.
Stage Time Request Form: DOWNLOAD FORM : Request time on the main stage of the convention floor, or any other staged or un-staged areas during SwingFest
Event Program Advertisements:  ARTWORK SPECIFICATIONS : If you purchased an Ad or if it was included with your agreement; Get the Size Specifications and/or Download Photoshop templates for your ad.
Goody-Bag and Prize Donations: DOWNLOAD FORM : If you plan to or have already committed to making a donation please complete this form for shipping info and how to receive proper credit. Note: The address provided is for donations only. Do not ship freight to this address.
Hanging Banners: DOWNLOAD FORM : If you are a sponsor who will NOT be attending Swingfest 2008 and your contract calls for hanging banners at SwingFest 2008; please complete this form for shipping info. Note: The address provided is for banners only. Do not ship freight to this address.

Setup times have been pushed back to make time for another convention to exit the floor and allow you uninterrupted setup time. Exhibit hours have also been extended at the request of many retail vendors. Please refer to the chart below for official Setup, Exhibit and Breakdown times. When do we get our passes/badges? All registrants will pick up their passes (for themselves and their staff) at the SwingFest registration booths. Passes are not mailed in advance. Exhibitor Servies:
