ENTRY DETAILS:
You do not have to enter the Mr & Mrs SwingFest competition as a couple but you should enter early as we can only allow a limited number of entries to compete.
CONTESTANT REQUIREMENTS:
* You must be in attendance during the competition
* You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of the competition
* You must be the applicant in the registration. (Do not sign up your friends!)
* You must submit at least 2 or more current photos. 1-Headshot and 1-Full Body photo.
* You must enter before June 1, 2008
* You must provide a current and valid Email address, mailing address and phone number
* Entries must allow photos to be printed in the contest section of the SwingFest 2008 program guide
* You must sign a standard release form
* The winners must allow photos to be used for future promotions
If any of the requirements can not be met, the Winner will not be eligible to receive the Title, Cash or Prizes. Your position will be passed down to the Contestant with the next highest rating given.
HOW TO ENTER:
Simply send an email to promotions@swingfest.com before June 1, 2008 *AND* be sure to include the following;
* Your name(s)
* Your age(s)
* Email address, mailing address and phone number
* Attach at least 2 current photos (1-Headshot and 1-Full Body photo)
