Before submitting your video please make sure:
You are the original author or owner of the video. (Clue: This video doesn't contain something you just got over email, another website or taped off TV.)
You have consent from anyone appearing in your video. Be sure to obtain signed releases from individuals featured in your video. Note that consent requirements may vary from state to state.
Acceptable Video Formats:
Digital video in the following formats is acceptable; .mov, .avi, .wmv, and .m4v
Other acceptable formats are; DVD, Mini-DV and VHS video tape submissions.
